this is warehouse that is under construction also in rowville by Quanstruct, this is a few stages behind and we can see the concrete slab and the reinforcement in parts and the loading doors on the constructed side. If you look at the picture with all the reinforcement, you can see the heated tubing that is used to temper the concrete slab and stop it from freezing in parts, as this part of the building is a freezer.
